Report for Registration
1. You can stay in China for 30 days with student visa. Please come to school for registrations immediately after you come to China. Do not wander in other cities for any reasons in case you miss the good chance for registration. We keep the right to reuse the student if he or she comes to register in our school after 7 days entry in China. If you have any reasons, please tell us in advance
2.Please connect with your agent for the pick-up, Shenyang Medical College will not provide the airport pick-up service. You can come to school by yourself. 3. Please present the following documents for registration
Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form) Original Admission Notice
Invoice for school fees payment
Original high school transcript（If completing college or above, please take your original graduation certificate or degree certificate）
Six photocopies of international passport front page, and two photocopies of visa page（A 4Size）
Eight passport-size pictures( two-inch size or 2.5cm*3.5cm）
4.Please check in the school hostel after paying all the hostel fees. If you transferred fees through the bank, please show us the poof.
5.Please register in the local police station within 24 hours with school letter after you arrived at Shenyang City, otherwise you will be fined.
6.Clear all the school fees.
7.Please go for the medical check-up again after arrival in the appointed hospital（Note: School fees will be refunded for the one who’s not passed the medical check-up examination）
8.Visa extension(Changing the students visa to residence permit)
9.Fill Student Form and sign on Safety Form. Students get Regulation Books and textbooks.
10.Go to class following the school timetable.
